Let’s look deep at the inside – who you are, how you operate, what has worked for you and what hasn’t.
the Inside Design Project
“the Inside Design PROJECT”, has received so much attention, simply because its main tenet is so simple.
We are unique beings who deserve to hold space for our entire self. To honor the places that we hide, the desires we’ve dismissed and the joys that could be the greatest part of our life. This project is about living a fully self-integrated life. Owning exactly who you are and designing your life to fit you.
This was the wall I kept coming up against. I wanted a quick fix – you know the cookie cutter answer. Big house, big car, right job, with right husband, at right weight with correct schooling equals – Ahhh, stop the madness, I want off. I simply couldn’t get to happy with this equation. So, with many thank you’s to the amazing and beautiful women who lived a life that met their heart and after years of reading new age, positive psychology and well you know, anything else that would help – I finally put down the crazy and took up with myself.
Keep it Simple
Each step of every path finally led back to me – the inside me. The part that longed for the sound of the ocean and sunflowers, Sunday dinner with friends at my house – a place of – lots of love – lots of laughter. I wanted to talk to people about what mattered to them, about what their heart longed for – wow, connecting with others. Hmmm – this is where it all started getting very interesting.
How clear, it was so simple, it was there all along. I always knew this – why did it take so long to live it. That my friend is for a very expensive therapist to hear.
And, so it began. Picking up the pieces of me – another lesson hard learned; I had everything I ever needed all along and so do you. Our lives aren’t supposed to look alike, they simply fit together like a collage adding depth and texture with each difference.
It was time to design a method that would incorporate the many and cater to the individual. “the Inside Design PROJECT”, is where I ended up, flexible yet defined. The process is to explore, connect, refine, develop clarity and design.
